Role Summary

Atlantis is a leading supplier of bathroom and waterproofing systems in New Zealand. We’re seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow our presence across the Lower North Island through strong relationship management and proactive business development.

This is a hands-on sales role focused on winning new business, managing key accounts, and influencing product decisions across the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow sales across merchants, builders, developers, and specifiers

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Manage project pipelines and follow up opportunities

  • Deliver product training and maintain brand presence in market

  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights

  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and territory management

About You

  • Proven sales experience in BDM, Territory Management, or Account Management

  • Strong commercial and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven

  • Construction, building products, or merchant sales experience highly regarded
