Atlantis is a leading supplier of bathroom and waterproofing systems in New Zealand. We’re seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow our presence across the Lower North Island through strong relationship management and proactive business development.
This is a hands-on sales role focused on winning new business, managing key accounts, and influencing product decisions across the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
Grow sales across merchants, builders, developers, and specifiers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Manage project pipelines and follow up opportunities
Deliver product training and maintain brand presence in market
Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights
Maintain accurate CRM reporting and territory management
About You
Proven sales experience in BDM, Territory Management, or Account Management
Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
Construction, building products, or merchant sales experience highly regarded
