Warranty

Atlantis shower systems are renowned for their exceptional performance and durability. Our products are designed to meet or exceed the standard requirements of the Building Code of New Zealand, ensuring they are of the highest quality.

While different warranties apply to specific products, Atlantis Bathroom Style Ltd warrants that all products or system components manufactured and distributed by the company will be free from inherent defects and workmanship for the extended warranty period applicable to the product.

All Atlantis tile-over shower systems (Linea Quattro™ and EasyTile™) are warranted against water leakage* into the building structure for 25 years. EasyNiche (tiled soap shelf) is also warranted against water leakage for 25 years.

Ebony & Ivory™ and Verve™ are warranted against water leakage for 10 years. Black Pearl™ and Quub™ shower bases are warranted against water leakage for 7 years.

*Water leakage excludes surface splashes. Frameless Showers are not totally sealed resulting in small amounts of water escaping the shower when sprayed directly on panel gaps. Door seals can be used to help mitigate this issue. Door seals fitted incorrectly can also cause issues with water escaping the shower.

Atlantis does not install products, but we recommend using a Recommended Installer who has been trained by Atlantis. Installers should offer their own workmanship warranty, as Atlantis does not guarantee any installer's workmanship.

• EasyChannel (pre-cast channel drain) is warranted for durability for 25 years
• Ebony & Ivory™ and Verve™ shower bases are warranted for durability and against water leakage for 10 years
• Black Pearl™ and Quub™ shower bases are warranted for durability and against water leakage for 7 years
• Ellure™ Tile Look Walls and Acrylic Wall Liners are warranted for durability against water leakage for 7 years
• EasyNiche Retrofit and Exposed are warranted against water leakage for 7 years
• Recessed Towel Warmer (recess and rails) are warranted for 7 years (electrical component 12 months)
• Toughened Glass Screens & CristalVision™ (when applied) are warranted for 5 years
• Architectural Finishes are warranted for 2 years
• Stainless Steel/Brass Hardware are warranted for 5 years
• Electrical Components are warranted for 12 months.

The glass used in Atlantis showers is toughened glass and has been tested to meet the ASNZS 2208 Safety Standard and is compliant with NZS 4223.3 2016 Safety Standard. Atlantis Shower Systems have the safety standard permanently etched on the glass panels, in accordance with the NZ Building Code.

• Warranty is on glass that has been fully installed in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
• The warranty does not cover breakages during installation.
• Warranty does not cover installation, only resupply of glass products.
• Some visible defects are inherent in the glass manufacturing process and various manufacturers have slightly differing final quality standards. However, AS/NZS 4667:2000 “Quality requirements for cut to size and process glass” sets the guidelines for acceptable glass quality and methods to view and assess the defects.

Regular cleaning is the best way to ensure crystal-clear glass. Removal of surface marking or damage to the surface from this marking is not covered by the Warranty.

Regular cleaning is essential to maintain the appearance of your CristalVision glass. We recommend cleaning the glass on a regular basis to keep it clean and clear. Failure to maintain the glass may result in a dirty appearance and mineral buildup on the surface. Please note that this is not covered by the warranty.

• Regularly clean the glass to a clean and clear state.
• Use the CristalCote Cleaner & Protector as needed as part of the care process. Regular drying of the glass will reduce the frequency of use.
• Our care recommendations are based on average "town supply" water quality, suitable for most customers.
• If marking on the surface persists despite standard care, consider using a different cleaning pad or alternative detergent. Mineral staining left on the surface for an extended period may become harder to remove.
• Atlantis has no control over the quality of your water supply or how you choose to care for the surface.

• The warranty covers the CristalVision easy-clean surface, not indefinite cleanliness with zero maintenance.
• Failure to maintain the glass properly may result in mineral buildup, which can become difficult to remove. Proper cleaning within three months of noticing mineral staining can prevent long-term damage to the surface.
