Delivery

Atlantis cover the cost of delivery in to store. Should you need to return products back to Atlantis, the merchant is to cover the cost to return (unless the product is damaged).

Returns Policy

Returns will only be accepted if accompanied with an Atlantis Goods Returns Authorisation. Please email support@atlantis.co.nz to receive this Authorisation prior to returning any items.

A Goods Returns Authorisation will be emailed to you as confirmation. Please check all items and send a copy with the items being returned.

For all returns, it is the responsibility of the merchant to cover the cost of freight back to Atlantis (to the address below.)

Restocking Fees will apply as follows:

  • 20% on full systems
  • 10% on full systems when re-ordering at the same time
  • 30% on all accessories
  • 20% on all accessories when re-ordering at the same time

The following items will not be accepted for return under any circumstance 

  • Partial orders are non-returnable
  • Essential Connections Kits
  • Acrylic Liners
  • Ellure Tile Look Walls
  • Naked Frameless Screens
  • Items under $30+gst will not be accepted for return. These will need to be kept in stock.
  • Any custom-made product 
  • Linea Quattro bases with Architectural Finishes applied
  • Foundry Series upgrade
  • Products purchased over 60 days prior
  • Any products marked, used or already installed.

Conditions of returning products: 

  • All products being returned must be in their original condition
  • All return freight costs are the responsibility of the merchant
  • All returns must be sent with a copy of the Atlantis Returns Authorisation and Product Checklist
  • Goods must be received within one month after Atlantis Returns Authorisation is issued.

Exceptions 

  • Returnable full systems or accessories older than 90 days may be accepted at the sole discretion of Atlantis. This must be expressed in writing.
